All items are supplied with the specific manufacturer’s appropriate protective packaging intact.
All goods will be shipped either by registered SA POSTAL SERVICES or registered INTERNATIONAL airmail. Acceptance of the parcel will require a signature on receipt. Although we are not able to control the postal service, we recommend that on average you allow up to 4 business days for SA orders and up to 15 business days for all international orders from the time of leaving our warehouse. SA postal and shipping rates are assessed per order.
You will be responsible for all the appropriate Import Clearances and Customs Duties payable.
If the courts decide that any part or wording in these terms of sale is illegal, invalid or unenforceable then that part or wording shall be deleted from the agreement and rest of the terms of sale shall remain in force.
All contracts formed or sales made as well as any legal disputes arising through the use this website shall be governed by South African law. The South African courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms of sale or use of our websites.
These terms and conditions shall apply to all internet sales made by Equest.co.za. By placing your order with Equest.co.za, you are accepting these terms and conditions.
We are only able to ship items to the billing address of the credit card holder. We check the address you give on your order before every shipment.
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition or is damaged in shipping, please immediately notify us by email address firstname.lastname@example.org. Please report missing items within 48 hours of you receiving the parcel.
ORDERS AND CONTRACT INFORMATION
Your order is only accepted when we have despatched the goods you have ordered , then only is a contract formed between Equest.co.za and you, and not before. No contract is formed at the point in time when payment has been deducted from you by Equest.co.za, represented by performing the payment at PayFast.co.za, nor at the point in time that you receive an e-mail confirmation from Equest.co.za that acknowledges the receipt of your order. Until the goods are despatched, your order may not be accepted by Equest.co.za or may be cancelled by you. Exceptions do apply to orders with personalised items made to your order, these cannot be cancelled by you after you have received the email confirmation that your order has been received; these items may already be in production as a result of your order.
